Nancy and Jeff Doran | Owners Jeff is the "Executive Producer" of Rocking Horse and directs everything from grower relations to in-bottle libations. Years of business management and marketing experience has finally brought him to his senses... always ready to enjoy a good glass of wine! Nancy plays the supporting role of Wine Princess and Hospitality Coordinator. She enjoys nurturing the family and spending quality time with our future enophiles son, Ross and our daughter—Tara.   Judy Jacks | Operations Manager A star in her own right, Judy has been cast as the Operations Manager in charge of all things made out of paper large and small, bookkeeping, order entry, accounts payables and receivables, supplies and winery logistics. Judy loves to cook and travel, but most importantly, she drinks Rocking Horse wines.   Steve Lagier | Winemaker Steve is the lead man at Rocking Horse often referred to as the "scientist." Steve graduated from UC Davis with a M.S. in Enology and invested in 14 years at the Robert Mondavi Winery prior to taking the Rocking Horse Oath of Excellence. Steve and his wife, Carole currently produce one of the top mountain-grown Syrahs under the Lagier-Meredith label. Home based in Pennsylvania, Jerry has been in a leadership position with multiple brands promoting superior communication, planning and marketing efforts to enhance company goals.
